Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct two public hearings, previously posted, to be followed by an executive session as follows:
The board will go into executive session, and not return to regular session: in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, §21: A. Exemption Three to discuss matters concerning litigation involving the appeal of a ZBA decision.
